We offer FREE shipping to mainland UK for most products.
Unfortunately, we have not shipped to other countries yet.

Shipping Time Frame
1. Most of our in-stock orders will be shipped to the mainland UK within 3-8 business days.
2. Due to COVID-19, shipping times may vary. And for back-ordered items, shipping timeframes are updated in real-time; please check the selections carefully when you place an order.

Tracking Number
You should receive an email with your shipment notification and tracking information shortly after you place your order.
Shipping Address Modification
1. If the box(es) are still in the warehouse, we can do our best to contact the warehouse to change the delivery address for FREE; if it can not be changed, you will need to pay the corresponding fee.
2. If the box(es) are in transit: you cannot change the address; you need to apply for a return after receiving the goods.
Late Shipment
If you have not received your products for a long time, there may be some reasons below:

- Your delivery may be delayed when situations like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather happen.

2. Shipping Issue
- The shipping information shows that the goods are still being received, not shipped, not updated, or undeliverable.
- The shipping information shows that it is delivered, but you have not received the goods.
In these cases above, please feel free to send us an email. We will check out the reason and provide the best solution for you.
Order Cancellation
1. If the box(es) are still in the warehouse, we can try our best to cancel the order for you for free.
2. Suppose the box(es) are in transit. In that case, the order cannot be canceled. You need to apply for a return after receiving the goods.

Sold-Out and Backordered Items
Suppose an item you've ordered is out-of-stock. In that case, we will ship the items available and ship the out-of-stock item(s) as soon as they become available via an expedited method at no cost to you.
